SAN DIEGO – SwanFRS, a provider of cloud-based retail solutions for the home furnishings industry, has added Terry Nelson to its U.S. team as a national account manager.
Nelson is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience managing furniture stores in Hawaii and selling industry-specific retail management systems.

Morone said the timing is perfect to add Nelson since many retailers are actively seeking more innovative and feature-rich environments to increase customer communication and profitability due to the pandemic.
Swan Retail, based in the U.K., is a software and services company specializing in furniture, housewares, flooring and mattresses covering big-ticket merchandise. The company offers solutions including stock management, customer orders, warehousing, customer relationship management, ticketing, supply chain and e-commerce.
