HIGH POINT – Upholstery major Manwah has promoted Heather Bolick to senior vice president of its Cheers division, and Dennis Kramer has been promoted to senior vice president of the step-up MW Home division.
Both changes address continued growth and demand for both Cheers and MW Home branded products.
Bolick has worked for Manwah for more than seven years in different roles within the company and is a veteran who has held positions on both the retail and supply sides in the industry. In her new post, she will report to Gabriele Natale, president of the Cheers Division.
Bolick will recruit and manage the Cheers sales team, be responsible for national accounts, work on strategy and become part of the executive planning committee.
“Cheers/Manwah has always worked toward rewarding talent within our organization,” Natale said. “Heather has proven herself to have a great understanding of our systems, capabilities, and product and working closely with customers.”
Kramer, who joined Manwah more than a year ago to manage Cheers and MW Home national accounts, has more 35 years of industry experience in the industry. This new position comes in response to the success of the MW Home brand. He will report to MW Home President Jackson Carpenter.
Kramer will be responsible for driving sales as well as developing and managing the sales team for the brand. Additionally, he will play an integral role in the overall strategy as well as join the executive planning committee.
“Dennis has the knowledge, experience and long term relationships to effectively convey our message of ‘Quality First’,” Carpenter said. “ I have known, respected and competed against Dennis for many years. We have very lofty goals for the future and to have him on board to focus solely on MW Home Sales is great for the company and brand.”
