HIGH POINT – Industry sales veteran Tommy Leflein has joined case goods resource A.R.T. Furniture as an exclusive representative for the northeast sales territory.
Leflein, a former board chairman and president of the International Home Furnishings Rep Assn. and a current district chairman of the same organization, most recently was a vice president, sales at case goods resource A-America.
Before that he was a national sales manager for Bivona & Company and previously was vice president of sales at Nourison Rugs. He was also a sales manager at Lexington Home Brands for about seven years.
Leflein also is a vice president and board member of the Greater Metropolitan Furniture Assn. of New York and New Jersey, in which he has been active for 21 years. He was also a past president and board chairman for the Tri-State Furniture Assn. of Pennsylvania.
In his new position, he will cover states throughout the Northeast including the New York New Jersey metropolitan area as well as New England. He reports to Jason Foy, vice president, sales.
