ACWORTH, Ga. — Global rug and textiles furnishings producer Jaipur Living is participating as an inaugural sponsor of the first-ever Seasonal Living Designer Virtual Showhouse, a 20,000-square-foot tourable and shoppable luxury designer showhouse, built entirely in the virtual world.
Designed by Seasonal Living Magazine publisher Gary Pettitt, the showhouse is “located” atop a 20-acre estate overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Malibu, Calif. The showhouse is being rendered with technology that creates a 3D walk-around experience, with product discovery, augmented reality and virtual reality throughout.
The featured interior designers are: Carla Aston, Robin Baron, Arianne Bellizaire, Jeanne Khoe Chung, Gloribell LeBron, Ariana Afshar Lovato, Rachel Moriarty, Laura Muller, Veronica Solomon, Erika Hollinshead Ward and Michelle Jennings-Wiebe. Each designer will share their rooms — created with products from participating sponsors — via social media channels, blogs, and You Tube videos. The official hashtag for the showhouse is #SLDS21.
Inaugural sponsors include: Cosentino, Howard Elliott Collection, Fabricut Inc., Global Views, Jaipur Living, Minka Group, Nathan Anthony, Niermann Weeks, Revel Woods, Robin Baron Design, Seasonal Living, Sherwin-Williams, Signature Kitchen Suite, Stressless and Universal Furniture.
The virtual showhouse debuts on 6 p.m. ET, Dec. 3, during a special VIP launch event. Design enthusiasts may register to attend the VIP launch event here.
