NEW LENOX, Ill. — Furniture industry sales representative Larry Kozar, 67, died Nov. 8 at his home.

Kozar was born in Chicago on Jan. 31, 1953, to Joseph and Violet Kozar. He was an active member of the International Home Furnishings Representatives Assn., an avid Chicago Blackhawks fan, and lover of Vegas and the casino.
Kozar is survived by his wife Mary, two sons, three grandchildren, a brother and two sisters. A private inurnment was held at St. Mary Cemetery in Mokena, Ill.

The family has requested no flowers, but donations may be made in his honor to the ALS Foundation.
