BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. – Crypton Companies have tapped Brian Burke to serve as the new vice president of product development for Abercrombie Textiles, a North Carolina textile mill acquired by Crypton in October 2019.
Lance Keziah, CEO of Crypton, appointed Burke to the new position, noting that Burke will play a “pivotal role in the ongoing growth and expansion of Abercrombie” alongside Executive Vice President of Operations Ernest Benbassat.
“Brian is a tremendous addition to the Abercrombie/Crypton team,” said Keziah, who helms Abercrombie as part of his CEO duties. “I’ve worked with Brian for more than 20 years during his years at Sunbury and later Glen Raven and have long respected his passion for textiles and deep operational knowledge.”
Most recently, Burke served as director of operations for Glen Raven Custom Fabrics LLC in Sunbury, Pa. Prior to that, Burke he worked at Sunbury Textile Mills.
