CHICAGO – CB2 has recalled 1,120 Bordo concrete dining tables that pose a fall hazard that can result in injuries.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said the table legs can become unsteady when the table is moved, causing the table to collapse.

The company has received four reports of the table collapsing and three reports of injuries.

The recall involves the Bordo and Bordo XL concrete dining tables. The Bordo table is 84 inches long, 40 inches wide and 29.5 inches tall and the Bordo XL table is 107.5 inches long by 40 inches wide and 29.5 inches tall. The Bordo table has the SKU number 668603, and the XL version has SKU number 342922. All the tables are white and are included in the recall, the CPSC said.

Made in Vietnam, they were sold at CB2 stores nationwide and online at and through the CB2 catalog from August 2018 through June 2020 for about $1,500 for the Bordo table tup o $2,300 for the Bordo XL version.

Consumers have been advised to stop using the recalled tables and contact the company for instructions on how to receive a full refund.
