HOBOKEN, N.J. — Avocado Green Mattress, a producer of eco-conscious and green mattresses and bedding, has launched an assortment of sustainable bed and bedding products.
Among its new items, Avocado is offering its City Bed, made of alder and Douglas fir with walnut stain, and the Eco Adjustable bed frame with six massage settings, an anti-snore position and a zero-gravity mode. The City Bed starts at $899 and the Eco Adjustable at $849.
Also, the company is introducing its first all-foam latex mattress, starting at $1,199, and the Goop x Avocado Mattress, a collaborative effort that offers 29 layers of what it calls the “new standard for ethical luxury.” The mattress starts at $22,000.
New items also include two pillows and accompanying pillowcases, a duvet insert and duvet cover, and linen sheets.
The company is planning to unveil another bed frame, pillow and pillow case soon.
All of Avocado’s products are designed at its headquarters in Hoboken, N.J., and produced in its Los Angeles factory from certified organic, natural and non-toxic materials.
